Back to Faith and Heritage Menu Professional Affiliations National Conference for Catechetical Leadership The National Conference of Catechetical Leadership (NCCL) is a national religious education organization focused on parish religious education. It is made up of eparchial and diocesan directors, associate directors, staff, academics and publishers and along with similar organizations represents the catechetical scene in the US today. The Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon is a member eparchy in NCCL, as are other Eastern Catholic eparchies. Until April 2003 Rev. Fr. Anthony Salim serves on NCCL's Board of Directors. Eastern Conference of Diocesan Directors The Eastern Conference of Diocesan Directors (of Religious Education) ECDD is a catechetical organization similar in focus to the NCCL but represents the Eastern Catholic eparchies in the US exclusively. ECDD was founded and remains the catechetical arm of the Eastern Catholic Associates, i.e., the Assembly of Eastern Catholic eparchs (bishops) in the US. Rev. Fr. Anthony Salim currently serves as Vice-chairperson of ECDD.
